We will inspect and repair all windows to ensure that your property is safe from weather and intruders. Window repair includes cracks on the older jealousy windows, springs on newer models, and broken glass.

Plumbing and Electrical System Checks

Plumbing:
We offer a plumbing system check, where we check your house or property by first checking all sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets for drainage problems. Next, checking all exposed pipes for corrosion or rust, and will handle the repair or replacement of such pipes. We also check thoroughly for leaks when your water supply valves are turned both on and off. If we find any leaky valves or pipes, we will repair or replace. We also check the toilets making sure that they do not continually run when flushed. If your toilet does continually run we will put new internal parts in for you

Electrical-

The electrical system check includes us making sure that all lights are working properly and have a working bulb. This check also includes checking all of the outlets for power and making sure that all electrical wire is either in a wall or conduit piping.
Both system checks involve us thoroughly canvassing the entire property in all areas mentioned, and providing you with a detailed list and estimate of work needed in each area.

Exterior/Interior Painting

We paint the inside of a homeowner’s home as well as the outside of the home. No job is too small.

Locked-Out Services and Lock Changing

We will provide a way inside your property and install new locks and deadbolts for your property, insuring that you are the only one with access.

Wood Rot Repair and Removal

We repair wood rot and removal.

Mold Removal

Depending on the damage and growth of the mold it can either be treated chemically or replaced. We can replace and repair your mold affected drywall, wood, and carpet.
